The York Delta Utility Half Rack is a heavy duty versatile, multi-functional rack loaded with comfort and safety features. With 20 position height adjustments for bar holders and safety j-hooks, this Half Rack will accommodate a wide range of exercises with safety as a priority. Thick mult-grip chin up handles are great for increasing grip strength, plus a centre mount on the main frame to hold a boxing bag.
